CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT ANSWER
YOUR PACKAGE DOESN'T SHIP
THIS IS FRAUD!
ITS BEEN 5 BUSINESS DAYS IVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THEM!
THEIR WEBSITES IS FULL OF LIES YOUR PACKAGE DOESNT SHIP SAME DAY BEFORE 1 PM OR NEXT BUSINESS DAYS. ITS BEEN A WEEK NO ANSWER FROM THEM NOTHING! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!
I obtained a quote for a new strap for my 51-30 Tide in early May. I dispatched the watch 15th May and received my (postal receipt) 18th May. I did not receive from Nixon the promised e mail confirming receipt. When I chased I got a quote at the end May and paid the same day. It is now 16th June and whilst I've received receipt for funds paid there is no sign of the return of my watch...I've emailed to ask where it is and no response. The saga continues but clearly its not a great repair service...

Terrible customer support. I emailed before the 30 day refund policy no response. Then I went and email them again finally getting a phone line to call. The lady on the line said I can only exchange even after explaining myself. I’m very annoyed of how this big company is ran. Do not go with Nixon I’ll save you the hassle
Im in Canada, it cost me 24$ to return a 70$ item. It has been delivered to them for more than 2 weeks with my tracking number and still no refund. Last time I ever buy online from them
I ordered a watch, and it took about 2 weeks to be delivered without any update. I also wrote customer support in order to get more information, but it took them a week to answer.
I ordered the Nixon Ripley; nice looking watch. Prior to ordering, I had asked if the grey band could be switched to their black band. “Nope, we don’t customize watches.” Yikes-that’s cuctomizing?
Anyway, come to find out, it wouldn’t have done me any good because their locking silicon bands are too time consuming and difficult to put on on a daily basis, so I replaced it with an aftermarket that sells a gunmetal clasp to match the Nixon watch.
Also, the backlit light on the Ripley is so faint you cannot tell it is doing anything. You have to go into a completely dark room to see it. That is fine with me but they could have stated something about the faintness! I thought I had a defective watch and that I would be sending it back the same day I got it.
Overall, I’m satisfied. It is a good looking watch.
I ordered a 4 days ago and got my order confirmation right away and waited 4 days for my tracking info until I decided enough was enough and called the number provided on the website. talked to a representative and turns out something happen and they are having a hard time sending out the tracking info but she manually sent me my tracking info via email. still haven't received my package but I am now more excited than ever to receive this watch that caused me all this trouble.... based on other reviews and my personal experience, if you do not receive your tracking info simply give them a call
I'm only writing this as a U.K customer dealing with Nixon Europe.
However my experience and comments are the same as what others have left about this company. The first thing I would say is if you are from the U.K and are thinking of buying a Nixon product from them DON'T!!!
They have the worst customer service ever!!! In-fact the worst I have ver had to deal with in a very long time. They don't reply to emails quickly, they have no U.K phone number only a French phone number that when I called never worked. And when you do eventually get a reply on email that have absolutely zero skills or even common sense on how to speak to a customer and deal with them in a professional standard. How this family business is still going is beyond me!
The return produced is ridiculous, I was told one this from somebody in customer service and was sent a link for further details on how to return an item and the time it takes and what the link told me was completely different from what the person told me via email. They don't even know they're job!
Nixon have great products, I order a watch but due to the poor service from Nixon I sent it back. The poor service and lack of half decent customer support ruins the image of the product and 100% lets this business down.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM, DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THE WEBSITE. TRUST THESE REVIEWS IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY.
Customer support is useless, and (as cheap as this may sound) the fact that I cannot replace the battery myself makes this watch worthless to me. 6 months since my $200 something CAD watch has worked and I still haven't had a chance to pay to send it in for service.
I bought one of their nixon 'the mission' watches, which aren't cheap, before spending the next 2 years sending it back and forth to them because of charging issues i.e. it wouldn't. Once it had run out of warranty (but barely spent a matter of months of my wrist) their repair people offered to change the back of the watch (with charging point) for 30 quid, but refused to warranty the repair beyond a few weeks because the metal back of the watch was considered a consumable item! They ended up sending me 3 different chargers in the end, none of which worked, and when the last one nearly burned my house down (really!) I gave up. Needless to say I'd avoid buying these watches!
Terrible customer experience. Ordered a watch from Canada and made sure to check returns policy ahead of time. Their returns policy page is so ambiguous; nowhere does it says free returns nor does it say it's the buyer's responsibility to cover costs. All you see are the conditions for the return and a big button that says "Start a return." Obviously if you haven't bought anything yet you wouldn't click on the button. But it makes the customer assume returns are easy and free. The item itself arrived rather quickly but the watch looked used. Once I wanted to initiate the return, I was told return costs come out of your pocket. The "Start a Return" button only generates a "self-shipping" label, meaning the return is authorized. Not sure why it's called that if it doesn't include postage! In the end they sent me a prepaid FedEx label but I had to argue with 2 customer service agents. Very misleading as the other countries Nixon ships to have free returns.
They have a TERRIBLE return policy!! Don't buy online if you might return the product!
The watch looks good, but I had to get it repaired a first time after 6 mths and another time 3 mths after that.
The numbers on the dial were coming off.
Very poorly built
Placed my order 6/30, waited two weeks then ordered from another company since it was a gift for my grandson. Told they were closed for a month which is why I did not receive the watch. Received the watch the end ofJuly which I returned. Today is 8/29 and I've still not received my refund!
